Roundtables: Idea exchange and announcements for leaders of the whole district. Leaders are encouraged to attend roundtables. Parents are welcome. 		Parent Planning Meetings: (sometimes also called Pack Committee Meetings) Leaders of Pack 186 discuss organizational matters, future events and exchange ideas at the monthly parent planning meeting. All parents are welcome. We would like to have at least one representative from each den attend.  These meetings are held once a month on a day that is agreed upon by the committee during our first meeting in August.  Please check the Annual Calendar or Pack Committee sections of the website for dates. _______________________________________________________________________
		Pack Meetings: As a general rule, the entire pack meets as a group on the last Monday of the month. Pack meetings are for all boys of Pack 186 and their families. We expect at least one parent or the whole family to attend the pack meeting. When not announced differently, pack meetings are held at Robinson Presbyterian Church at 7 PM in the Sanctuary.  Please arrive early (6:45pm) so the meeting can start on time. ________________________________________________________________________________________
		Den Meetings: Most dens meet two to three times per month. At least two adults are required to be present at all times. In Pack 186, each den has a designated den leader but the parents are encouraged to assist in planning and organizing activities.
