Cub Scout Pack 158 of Herndon, VA welcomes you! Pack 158 is chartered by Fair Oaks Volunteer Fire and Rescue Company 21 and holds Pack Meetings and other events at Floris Elementary School or other nearby locations. Many of our members attend Floris Elementary, but that's not a requirement; we also have members from McNair Elementary, L.L. Coates Elementary, Hutchison Elementary, Home School, and other area schools.
Cub Scouts is a program for boys and girls in Kindergarten through Fifth grade. Scouts complete adventures with other scouts their same age in single-gender Dens, and all of the Dens come together for Pack events, including fall and spring overnight campouts, Pinewood derby race, Blue & Gold Banquet, Hikes, a Raingutter Regatta, and other fun educational, teamwork, and outdoor activities.
We are hosting an Open House on Thursday, September 5, 2024 at the Floris Elementary Cafeteria from 5:30-7pm. All current and new members are invited to attend our first Pack Meeting of the new school year, and anyone interested in learning more about scouting and our Pack are invited to drop by.
