We meet at the Beulah Ruritan Building 5436 W. Pine Street
Mount Airy, NC. We thrive to teach the Cub Scouts from
Bobcat, Tigers, Wolfs, Bears and Webelo's the true
meaning of scouting.

Cub Scouts also learn the:

The Cub Scout gives good will.
Tiger Scouts begin their adventure in First grade or at 7 years old. After completing "F" Family requirements, "D" Den requirements and "G" Go See It requirements they earn beads to show their achievements towards advancement to Wolf Scouts.
Wolf Scouts have completed the first grade or is 8 years old and have earned the Bobcat Badge. Wolf achievements are Feats of Skill, Your Flag, Keep your body Healthy, Know your Home and Community, Tools for Fixing and Building, Start a Collection, Your Living World, Cooking and Eating, Be Safe at Home and On the Street, Family Fun, Duty to God and Making Choices along with Electives, they earn beads, belt loops and more.
Bear Scouts have completed the second grade or is 9 years old and have earned the Bobcat Badge. Bear achievements are God, Country, Family and Self along with completing other achievements to earn arrow points.
Weblos Scouts have a 20 month program preparing Fourth and Fifth Graders to become a Boy Scout. They will be learning the Scout Oath, Scout Law, Scout Motto, Scout Slogan, and Outdoor Code along with requirements and earning Activity Badges.
We love to go Camping, Biking, Tubing at Winter Place,and all sorts of fun Scout Outings along with our special events like, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas and Advancement parties.
Some of our other fun events are, Pinewood Derby racing, Raingutter Ragatta, Popcorn sales, and Scouting for Food.
The camps are, Day Camp, Resident Camp and Parent/Son Camp.
