Thank you for your interest in Cub Scout Pack 124.
The best time for your child to join Cub Scouts is right now our pack runs all year. We have many exciting activities planned this year from our Rocket Launch, Pinewood Derby, and Rain Gutter Regatta.  Community related activities including participating in the Ronkonkoma St. Patrick's Day Parade and Memorial Day ceremonies, Memorial Day grave decorating at Calverton National Cemetery, Caroling at a local retirement community and food drives. Pack 124 conducts a few fundraisers through out the year to help keep the cost of scouting down.

In Cub Scouts, your child will have lots of fun, learn new things and meet new friends.  But Cub Scouts is much more than that; it is fun with a purpose!

Scouting develops character, leadership, communication skills, and good citizenship.

Scouting is a year round program, where most other programs only last a few months.  Scouting encourages your child to be active, be healthy, and to Do Their Best!

All new scouts are required to complete an application. You can New Scout Registration fees will be  pro-rated (amount determined when the application is submitted) which covers the National BSA fees and Boy's Life Magazine (if selected) for the remain months of the year.

For questions about completing the application, or about the Cub Scout Program, please contact Scott Olenick or Tara Mattimore at Bsacubpack124@gmail.com

Yours in Scouting
