We welcome girls also! We have lots of fun activities planned throughout the year.  Please contact our Cubmaster, Pack Committee Chair, or one of our den leaders for more information.  Find out how Cub Scouting can benefit your son and how it fits into your family.

American Flag Retirement

Did you know that the proper way to retire an unusable flag is by burning it?  The U.S. Flag Code states, “When a flag is so worn it is no longer fit to serve as a symbol of our country, it should be destroyed by burning in a dignified manner.”

Do you have a torn or tattered American flag that needs replacing?  Cub Scout Pack 287 can solve your problem.  At each Spring and Fall Pack Campout the Scouts hold a formal ceremony to retire worn out American Flags. Please contact Kristy Poker at to arrange a pick-up.
