Welcome to the Home Page for Troop 2146, part of the Rockland District, Greater Hudson Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America (BSA). We are chartered thru Eagle Valley Fire Company (EVFC). Our scouts primarily come from Tuxedo, Sloatsburg and surrounding communities and are aged 11-18, grades 6-12. We meet on the 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month at 7:00p at EVFC, and usually camp out, hike or run a weekend activity at least once a month.

Our goal is to run a troop that operates in the way designed by the BSA, by embracing the patrol method, the "only" method in boy scouting. As "Boy Led / Adult Guided", we place Scouts in charge; making decisions about meeting and activity agendas and choosing our camping destinations. Adult leaders help create an environment that allows boys to truly understand what it means to be a "boy scout." We are always looking for boys and leaders to join us!
