All new scouts are required to complete an application. Pack 3127 dues are divided as follows:

Yearly Charter registration in January:
$24.00 for National registration and insurance.

$12.00 for Boys Life Magazine.

Monthly Den Dues: 

$10.00 or $100 for the entire school year to the Pack to help pay for all the patches, awards and other supplies for the year.

The only other fees are specific to events (tickets to a baseball game or fee for a campout).  

New Cub Scouts may pay a prorated fee for the remainder of the year, depending on when they register.

Fundraising is done throughout the year to help the pack and the boys.  A percentage of the funds that the individual scout earns (selling popcorn or participating in a pack car wash for example) is set aside into a "scout account" to be used to pay for fees or other events.
