Specific Steps for New Tiger Den Leaders
1. Complete your Adult Volunteer Application and turn it in to the Membership Chair.
2. Create a login profile on our Pack’s website, http://ohiopack919.ScoutLander.com, and familiarize yourself with the content. You can find many resources and information on the website. This is the major communication method for our pack. You will receive emails once you have created a login. Encourage your den parents to do the same.

These resources walk you through all of the steps in registering and acquainting yourself as a new Tiger Den Leader.
4. Complete the Cub Scout Leader Fast Start training. This online training is provided to help you understand and carry out your responsibilities as a new den leader, pack leader, or committee member. Be sure to review it before your first meeting.
5. Complete the Cub Scout Den Leader & Assistant Position Specifics Training-C42 and Youth Protection Training-Y01 Online Modules. These modules can be completed online at http://www.scouting.org/Training/Adult.aspx. You will need to create an account and then complete these two specific training modules. Once you have completed your modules, please print/email a copy of your completion certificate to the Pack Trainer.
