Leadership: Each Cub Scout Packs needs to try to provide 2 Den Leaders or Parents for the youth attending this camp. These adults will escort the Cub Scouts from program area to program area and assist with any program activities as needed. Den will be organized by packs when possible. If a pack has more than 10 scouts attending they may be split into multiple Dens by Rank. We will try to keep each pack together as much as possible in order to facilitate lunch and departure activities.

Uniforms: Field Uniform (CLASS A) or Pack T-shirt (CLASS B) should be worn to camp. A Day Camp T-shirt will be issued to each person attending this camp. ALL CUB SCOUT CAMPER, BOY SCOUT HELPER, AND ADULTS MUST BE IN A CAMP T-SHIRT, FIELD UNIFORM CLASS A, OR PACK T-SHIRT CLASS B EACH DAY WHILE ATTENDING CAMP. This is extremely important for security and insurance reasons since we are in a public park!! Please, encourage your campers to take their t-shirts home and wash them , but wear them again on Saturday . All staff will be in Costumes, Field uniforms (Class A), or Camp T-shirts as well. If you see someone who is not in uniform or looks out-of-place please notify Camp Director or Camp Staff Member IMMEDIATELY!!! (If someone needs access credentials they must obtain these from Camp Director in person along with Park Officer.)

Snack and Meals: Each person registered for camp will receive 2 snacks each day and a Ham and Bean Feast on Saturday. Cups will be provided and water coolers will be distributed throughout the camp and each program area. Campers should drink at least one cup of water at each program area. Each person should bring their own sack lunch for Friday. In case of emergency or if someone would forget their lunch for Friday , we will have a limited supply of fruit and PB&J's available!!!!
