Scout - Scout's first and last name
- Date of birth
- Email Address (optional - only required if they have one, and you want them to be notified directly of events, etc)
Parents/caregivers
Please provide information for each parent or caregiver that you want to be notified of events, or anyone who could be contacted in case of emergency)
- First and last name
- Email Address (optional - but required to receive notifications, access event calendar, etc)
- Home, work, and/or mobile telephone numbers (optional)
You can update any of the above information later by accessing the My Profile page after logging in.
