Every January, Pack 4077 holds its annual Pinewood Derby, upholding a tradition in Cub scouting.  The scouts are responsible for the design and implementation of the car within the specifications and rules for competition.  As the scouts advance in scouting, they are expected to have more and more responsibility in designing their cars.

Each Den tends to hold a few workshops for the scouts to have some experience in crafting the car.  We do have access to a track to practice on before the big day.

Race Day is fun!  The boys get to bring their cars in, do some last minute "tweaks", have them inspected, then sit back and enjoy the races.
