What is P L C?

The P L C is the Patrol Leader's Council.  You serve as the Youth Leader's your Troop.

The patrol leaders' council is made up of the senior patrol leader, who presides over the meetings; the assistant senior patrol leader, patrol leaders, quartermasters, and anyone else the senior patrol leader wishes to include.

The patrol leaders' council
    1) Educates the scouts on the various positions that are held within the troop,
    2) Plans the yearly troop program at the annual troop program planning conference,
    3) Meets at least monthly to fine-tune the meetings and activities for the upcoming month.

Below, you will find the Position Descriptions for not only the P L C members, but all Youth Leadership Positions.
